Dr. Julius Tunsaje Tweve is a senior lecturer and researcher in education, Information Management, Innovation and Information Ethics in particular. He is working with Tumaini University Dar es Salaam College (TUDARCo).

He has been involved in a number of projects including research related to Innovation and entrepreneurship, ethical practices and leadership, Pedagogical innovation and quality assurance, management and control in Higher Education to mention just a few.

He obtained PhD at the University of Dar es Salaam where he specialized in Ethical Practices of information management in Government Ministries in Tanzania. His undergraduate degree is Bachelor of Arts with Education obtained from University of Dar es Salaam.

Among positions he has held at TUDARCo; Director of Quality Assurance from 2014 to August 2020 and from September 2020 to date he is a Director of Planning, Resource Mobilization and Investment.

He has been in executive committee of TUQAF from 2017 to date also he is well experienced in Quality Assurance Policy development.
