According to EAQAN Strategic Objective number five, EAQAN aims to make the East African region the most competitive and dynamic knowledge economy in the world. With the massification of universities in East African Region, EAQAN is mandated to come up with research that will unearth innovation to enhance quality in our respective institutions.
This will allow the various institutions to produce graduate with specific skills to meet the demands of the job market regionally and internationally.
Furthermore, Universities being source for research is mandated to carry out research on quality issues to support government policies accordingly.
