The procedure for membership shall be as follows:
a) Organizations or individuals interested in becoming members shall complete an application form (Online Application Form)
b) The Secretariat shall verify that the application for membership complies with the conditions for membership and make recommendations to the Executive
Committee;
c) The Executive Committee shall approve temporary membership and recommend to payment of membership as quoted in the Invoice issued by the Finance
Secretary.
d) New members shall be presented during the subsequent General Assembly for ratification.
