Procedure for Membership
The standard procedure for becoming a registered member of EAQAN shall be as follows:
a
Organizations or individuals interested in becoming members shall complete an application form.
b
The Secretariat shall verify that the application for membership complies with the conditions for membership and make recommendations to the Executive Committee.
c
The Executive Committee shall approve temporary membership and recommend to payment of membership as quoted in the Invoice issued by the Finance Secretary.
d
New members shall be presented during the subsequent General Assembly for ratification.
