At EAQAN (East Africa Quality Assurance Network), we understand that circumstances may change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancelling memberships, event registrations, or services.
1. Membership Cancellations

Memberships may be cancelled at any time by contacting us in writing at info@eaqan.org or eaqan2016@gmail.com.

Membership fees already paid are non-refundable, but cancellation will ensure you are not charged for future renewals.
2. Event & Training Cancellations

By Participant:

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event will receive a full refund (see Refund Policy).

Cancellations made between 7–13 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.

If you cannot attend, you may nominate a substitute participant by notifying us at least 3 days before the event.

By EAQAN:

If EAQAN cancels or reschedules an event, participants will be offered the choice of a full refund or a transfer of registration to a future event.

3. Digital Products & Services

Once purchased, digital resources, reports, and downloads cannot be cancelled or refunded, as access is granted immediately.
4. Donations & Contributions

Donations are considered final and non-refundable. Cancellation is not possible once a donation has been processed.

6. Processing Time
