Refund & Returns Policy

At EAQAN (East Africa Quality Assurance Network), we strive to provide quality services and resources to our members, partners, and stakeholders. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds, returns, or cancellations may be granted.

1. Membership Fees & Subscriptions

  • Membership or subscription fees paid to EAQAN are non-refundable, except in cases of accidental duplicate payments.

  • If you wish to cancel your membership, future renewals will not be charged after the cancellation date.

2. Event Registrations (Workshops, Conferences, Trainings)

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event will be eligible for a full refund.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 7–13 days before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

  • If an event is cancelled by EAQAN, all registered participants will receive a full refund or option to transfer the fee to a future event.

3. Digital Products & Resources

  • Digital downloads, publications, reports, and online materials purchased from our website are non-refundable, unless there is a proven technical issue that prevents access.

  • If you experience problems with access or downloading, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for support.

4. Donations & Contributions

  • Donations made to EAQAN are considered final and non-refundable.

  • In the event of an erroneous or duplicate donation, please contact us within 7 days and we will review the request for a refund.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original method of payment.

  • Transaction or bank charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.
